NIVO is a voice AI agent that runs entirely on the customer's own infrastructure. Voice recordings, transcripts, customer information, conversation content — none of it touches the internet, none of it is sent to a third-party API. NIVO is fine-tuned on company-specific knowledge in the same closed-loop environment.
